Colombia El Tanque is a natural-process Caturra from Huila, produced by Fanny Galindez on her farm El Tanque. Built over more than two decades together with her family, the farm reflects a long-term commitment to coffee as both a craft and a shared way of life. Through ongoing support and training from Inconexus, Fanny has continued refining her processing, reducing waste, and improving the consistency and quality of her coffees over time.

In the cup, this lot shows a more expressive profile, with cherry-led fruit character balanced by the deeper note of dark chocolate. The natural process brings a slightly funkier edge, while the structure stays clear and approachable. Scored 87 by Inconexus, it is a coffee with both personality and precision — well suited to drinkers looking for something fruit-forward, distinctive, and still grounded in balance.
