At The Unusual Space - Shop, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds may change from time to time. The applicable shipping costs for your destination will always be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
1. FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days.
Should a product become temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
3. SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders are dispatched Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a shipping day are generally dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 CET, during weekends or on Dutch public holidays will be dispatched on the next available shipping day.
Wholesale orders are generally dispatched on Fridays.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Within the European Union
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination country.
Where applicable, free shipping is automatically applied once the minimum order value for your destination has been reached.
Outside the European Union
International shipments are sent using express shipping services.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination, parcel dimensions and shipping weight.
The final shipping costs will always be shown before payment.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Unexpected delays caused by customs, transport providers, severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transport, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@unusualteam.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable solution.
