Colombia El Recreo is a natural Pink Bourbon from Huila, produced by Dora Inez Ruiz on her family farm. Dora is a fourth-generation coffee producer who grew up around coffee and continues that work today together with her family, each of whom takes care of a different part of the land. Since 2015, El Recreo has been moving toward a more regenerative way of farming while also refining processing and consistency, combining long-standing experience with a more deliberate and forward-looking approach to quality.
