Over the past 24 years, Fanny and her family have poured their hearts into building a thriving farm. Today, it’s a true family affair, with her husband and two of her five children working right alongside her. Over the years, Fanny has beautifully refined her craft, learning how to achieve more consistent processing, minimize waste, and continuously elevate the quality of her yield.
